What You’ll Do:

As a Site Coordinator , you’ll oversee the daily operations of our after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for students. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, organizing activities, and fostering positive relationships with children and families.

✨ Every day will bring something new, including:
✔ Creating a welcoming space where children can unwind after school.
✔ Leading hands-on activities like STEM projects, arts & crafts, and cooking.
✔ Supporting homework time and encouraging a love for learning.
✔ Organizing outdoor games and sports to keep kids active.
✔ Communicating with parents and ensuring program quality.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as teaching, coaching, or volunteering).
✔ Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding staff.
✔ Strong communication and organizational abilities.
✔ Previous supervisory experience in childcare or education is a plus!
✔ Degree or college credits in the Education field is especially appreciated!
