NO Holidays, NO CallBenefits/PTO accrual begin on first day of month after start401k with employer match/Pension* The Clinical Education Speicialist is primarily responsible for onboarding and orienting new staff, facilitating ongoing education for current staff, and developing and updating clinical policies and procedures. Additionally, the Clinical Education Specialist must be a consistent presence on the units to assist and guide other nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff competency are maintained. Preferred RequirementsHeart and Vascular RN experience Overview Preferred QualificationsRole PurposeResponsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of education and practice programs for clinical staff that promote the provision of a superior patient experience for patients and their families. Coordinates and manages house wide educational programs and resources that support clinical educators and leaders at the unit/department level.
