What You’ll Be Doing (aka, your craft):

• Execute OEM-level collision repairs with insane attention to detail
• MIG and STRSW welding, panel replacement, dent removal, and composite repair
• Work off digital blueprints and diagnostics to identify everything the estimate missed
• Communicate clearly with estimators & peers to keep jobs flowing
• Deliver “did a robot do this?”-level perfection on every job

Who We Want in the Booth:

• A craftsman , not a parts-swapper
• 3–5 years of solid experience (I-CAR, ASE certs? Love it. Not required.)
• Confident with modern welding & measuring systems
• Clean, efficient, and 100% customer-focused
• Detail-obsessed and proud of your work
• No ego, no excuses, just skill
