Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Data Analyst for a client located in Bakersfield, CA. Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. + 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. + Organize and properly document - set up for add ons, + Proficient in SQL and Excel. + Experience with BI tools - Power BI + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Requirements Must Haves: + Excel + Power BI + Creating Data Warehouse (dashboards, etc.) Day to Day: + Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. + Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights. + Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics. + Use SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI) to extract and present data. + Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic projects and initiatives. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting efforts. + Work with engineering or data teams to optimize data pipelines and architecture.
