Key responsibilities include: + Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in company databases and systems while troubleshooting inconsistencies. + Reviewing incoming data for errors, missing information, and discrepancies to ensure data integrity. + Conducting regular audits of data entries and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval. + Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information and complete tasks in a timely manner. + Following established guidelines and procedures while recommending improvements to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency. + Generating reports, summaries, and validations for management and team use. Requirements + 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role; familiarity with database management is highly preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables and data manipulation skills are a plus). + Excellent typing skills with accuracy and speed; attention to detail is a necessity. + Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
