Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company and client events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure seamless event logistics
Manage event calendars, timelines, and task lists
Support on-site operations, including setup, registration, and coordination
Monitor event budgets and prepare post-event reports
Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
Provide administrative support related to event preparation and follow-up
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
