Job Description
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of corporate events, meetings, and conferences. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and logistics of company events, trade shows, and internal meetings
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure event needs are met
Prepare event materials, schedules, and documentation
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support onsite event execution, including setup, registration, and guest support
Manage event inventory and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports for improvement
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during event periods
