You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly

Qualifications:

• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
