We are looking for a Junior Content Developer to assist in managing and optimizing website and application tools while supporting editorial and content development activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in web content creation, website administration, production management, and basic HTML and web graphics standards . This role provides an opportunity to contribute to content strategy , improve user engagement, and support technical documentation efforts.
Assist in configuring, administering, and managing website and application tools for improved usability and accessibility.
Develop and provide content for multiple platforms, ensuring relevance and clarity for information and decision-making.
Support editorial activities, including gathering and researching information to enhance site content and value.
Identify, negotiate, and secure content sources to improve website quality and engagement.
Seek customer feedback to optimize website functionality and user experience.
Apply basic knowledge of HTML, web page design, and web graphics standards to maintain and update site content.
Build search functionalities, reports, and dashboards to track engagement metrics.
Assist in writing and developing customer scripts, reports, and programs to support content tracking and analytics.
Prepare architecture documentation and participate in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies for content management.
Strong research and analytical skills to support content creation and enhancement.
Ability to understand user engagement, develop reports, and assist in content optimization strategies.
0-3 years of experience in content development, website administration, or editorial support.
Experience working in government or corporate website environments.
Familiarity with SEO principles, web analytics tools, and user experience (UX) enhancements.
Knowledge of basic scripting, automation tools, and report generation.
Target Salary Range: $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
