Daily Accounting Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and payable Monitor recurring entries and advance payments Prepare and execute payment runs Review and post travel expenses and credit card statements Post fixed assets and determine useful life Process intercompany transactions Perform bank reconciliations Close Processes: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures Implement and maintain internal controls over accounting processes Support auditors and tax consultants during audits Prepare monthly financial reporting packages Contribute to process improvements and policy development Process Improvement & Systems: Identify and implement process improvements with a focus on automation and efficiency Work with SAP consultants to maintain and enhance SAP S4HANA functionality Optimize workflows within the SAP S4HANA system for greater accuracy and efficiency
